What Does It Mean To Grow?
Inhibitions. We all have them. Sometimes they hold us back. And sometime they help. Designed to filter out the bad stuff and prevent us from saying or doing stupid, hurtful and embarrassing things, inhibitions can protect us…
… but that’s only half the story.
Inhibitions can also hurt us. Some of life’s most adventurous, liberating and joyful experiences are lost, diluted and squandered by inhibitions that overshadow free expression. Love and laughter can be subdued or silenced. If allowed, inhibitions can destroy any real hope for genuine happiness.
“Remembering you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.” ~ Steve Jobs.
The challenge is to learn how to manage our inhibitions so they’re not managing us.What inhibitions might be holding you back from feeling it’s OK to be happy? Shame? Blame? Sorrow? Overly self-conscious fears? If you’re like most people, you have a few inhibitions whose expiration date has long-since passed. If this is the case, a heavy dose of permission might be exactly what the doctor ordered.
Giving yourself permission to play on the joyful, lighthearted and blissful side of life is a game-changer. The possibilities are endless.

Working to Earn a Living Is Not Living!
“The harder I work, the luckier I get.” – Gary Player
Most people never realise their full potential, they settle, accept and buy into an image of what they think they are supposed to want for themselves, dictated to by media, advertisers and society, they see themselves as limited and constrained, inferior or superior (both are negative and you know who we mean). They go about their lives in a survival mode, doing what they need to do to survive their passage on this planet and not amassing the abundance of happiness, joy, luxury and wealth they are entitled to.
“A goal is a dream with a deadline.” ~ Napoleon Hill (author: Think & Grow Rich)
Living like this means existing and most people do the bare minimum to get by believing everything that the world throws at them believing they are not important and their presence in this world is inconsequential. But you know better.
You know that life has handed you a magic box with all the answers you need to be a success, a high achiever, a great parent and mentor; but they forgot to give you the combination of the lock…
… let’s unlock this wondrous box together.
“I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.” ~ Tony Robbins
